Welcome to TTS Min. Please read these Terms of Use (the "Terms") carefully before using our platform, website, applications, or API (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any feature of the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

If you represent an organization, you confirm that you have full authority to accept these Terms on its behalf and to bind the organization to them.

2. Definitions

  • "TTS Min", "we", "us": the operator of the TTS Min platform and its affiliates.
  • "User", "you": the individual or entity accessing, registering for, or using the Service.
  • "Input Content": text, voice samples, dictionaries, and any other data you provide to the Service.
  • "Output Content": audio, voice files, or any results produced by the Service from Input Content.

3. User Account

To fully use the Service, you must register an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
  • Keep your credentials confidential and not share your account with third parties.
  • Be responsible for any activity occurring under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts where we detect violations of these Terms or signs of abuse.

4. Use of the Service

TTS Min grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for lawful personal or business purposes. Your use must comply with:

  • Character limits, request quotas, and storage caps based on your plan.
  • Applicable laws of Vietnam and any relevant international laws.
  • Technical guidelines, API documentation, and fair-use policies issued by TTS Min.

5. Prohibited Conduct

When using the Service, you must NOT:

  • Generate fraudulent or impersonating content (especially of public figures) without consent.
  • Generate sexual, violent, hateful, or discriminatory content.
  • Use the Service for harassment, threats, extortion, or other illegal activities.
  • Distribute malware, viruses, exploit code, or attempt to compromise our systems.
  • Copy, decompile, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
  • Bypass technical limits or use bots/scrapers outside our official API.
  • Resell or sub-license the Service without our prior written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, AI models, interfaces, logos, trade names, and documentation of the Service belong to TTS Min or its licensors. You acquire no rights in them other than the use rights expressly granted in these Terms.

For Input Content, you warrant that you have the legal right to provide it to the Service and grant TTS Min a non-exclusive license to process it for the purpose of generating Output Content.

For Output Content, to the extent permitted by law, you own and may use it for commercial purposes, provided you do not violate these Terms or third-party rights.

7. Payment and Plans

Some features of the Service require payment under various plans (subscription or pay-per-use). When purchasing, you agree to:

  • Pay in full at the prices in effect at the time of purchase.
  • Provide valid payment information and authorize automatic renewal for recurring plans.
  • Be responsible for any taxes or transaction fees applicable in your jurisdiction.

TTS Min may adjust pricing. Any changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and apply to the next billing cycle.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.

Refunds are handled case by case in accordance with consumer protection law. Refund requests should be sent to our support email with the reason and transaction proof.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, TTS Min does not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all your requirements.
  • The Output Content will be fully accurate or fit for any specific purpose.

In no event will TTS Min's aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount paid by you to TTS Min in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if we detect violations of these Terms, late payments, or pursuant to a request from competent authorities. Upon termination, the provisions on intellectual property, disclaimers, and indemnification survive.

11. Changes to the Terms

TTS Min may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes will be resolved first through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to a competent court in Vietnam.
