  • Input content: text, voice samples, dictionaries you upload for processing.

2.2. Information collected automatically

  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, OS, device, device identifiers.
  • Usage data: pages visited, time spent, features used, total characters processed.
  • Log data: API requests, status codes, latency, errors.

2.3. Information from third parties

When you log in via a third-party account (e.g., Google), we receive the data within the scope you authorized.

3. Purposes of Use

We use your data to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Service.
  • Process Input Content and generate Output Content as you request.
  • Authenticate, manage access, and detect/prevent fraud.
  • Process payments, issue invoices, and handle other financial transactions.
  • Send service notifications, security alerts, and legal notices.
  • Send marketing communications (only with your consent — you may unsubscribe at any time).
  • Analyze, measure, and improve voice quality and product experience.

  • Transaction data: at least 5 years per accounting regulations.
  • Input/Output content: per your configuration (default 30 days, can be deleted earlier on request).
  • Technical logs: 90 days.

8. Security Measures

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:

  • Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest.
  • Password hashing (bcrypt/argon2) — we cannot read your password.
  • Least-privilege access controls and audit logging for sensitive data.
  • Regular backups and disaster-recovery procedures.
  • Periodic security reviews and vulnerability scanning.

However, no system is perfectly secure. You should also protect your devices, passwords, and credentials.

9. Your Rights

You have the following rights:

  • Right of access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right of rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Right to erasure: request deletion when data is no longer necessary.
  • Right to restrict processing: request a temporary halt in certain situations.
